Purpose

Core Values Recovery is committed to maintaining high standards of educational quality and professional conduct. This policy provides a clear, fair process for participants to voice concerns, file complaints, or resolve grievances related to the program.

Scope

This policy applies to complaints or grievances regarding:

  • Program content, quality, or delivery
  • Faculty conduct or performance
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Grading or evaluation disputes
  • Billing or financial matters
  • Violation of program policies
  • Accessibility or accommodation issues
  • Any other matter affecting a participant’s experience

Purpose

This Enrollment Agreement establishes the mutual commitments between Core Values Recovery (CVR) and participants in the Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program.

Purpose

This agreement establishes guidelines for how CVR Level 1 ACC Program participants and graduates may represent their training, credentials, and affiliation with Core Values Recovery in marketing and professional practice.

  • Graduates who completed the program
  • Individuals with partial completion
  • CVR certified coaches and alumni

Purpose

This document establishes the ethical, integrity, and transparency standards that govern Core Values Recovery (CVR) as an organization and guide all aspects of our ICF Level 1 Accredited Coach Training Program.

Core Values Recovery exists to professionalize peer recovery coaching through evidence-based training, professional tools, and ongoing supervision. Everything we do—from curriculum design to student support to alumni engagement—is guided by three commitments:

Illness Policy

Illness and Absence Policy

Purpose

This policy provides guidelines for managing illness, personal emergencies, and absences during the CVR Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program while maintaining program integrity and ICF accreditation standards.

Attendance Requirements

Minimum Attendance

To successfully complete the program, participants must:

  • Attend at least 90% of synchronous training sessions
  • Complete 100% of asynchronous learning modules
  • Participate in all required practice coaching and observation sessions

Partial Completion Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines the process and requirements for participants who complete portions of the CVR Level 1 ACC Program but do not fulfill all completion requirements.

Scope

This policy applies to participants who:

  • Withdraw before program completion
  • Are unable to complete all requirements within the program timeframe
  • Do not meet performance standards for full completion
  • Request documentation for partial participation

Partial Completion Certificate

Eligibility

Participants who complete at least 40 hours (50%) of the program may request a Partial Completion Certificate documenting the specific training received.

This policy establishes clear guidelines for program tuition, fees, payment schedules, and financial obligations for the CVR Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program.

Level 1 ACC Program

  • Base Tuition: $1,099
  • Includes:
    • 80 hours coach-specific training
    • All digital learning materials
    • Access to learning management platform
    • Mentor coaching observations (5 sessions)
    • Performance evaluation and feedback
    • Certificate upon completion

Refund Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes clear, fair guidelines for tuition refunds when participants withdraw from the CVR Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program.

More than 30 days before start date:

  • Refund: 100% of tuition paid
  • Processing Fee: $50 administrative fee
  • Timeline: Refund issued within 15 business days

Purpose

This policy establishes guidelines for accepting prior learning and training toward the CVR Level 1 ACC Coach Training Program requirements.

General Policy Statement

Core Values Recovery may grant credit for equivalent coach training completed at other ICF-accredited programs or through documented coaching experience. All transfer credit decisions are made at the discretion of the Program Director based on alignment with CVR curriculum and ICF standards.
